By accessing or using EmailsValid ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

EmailsValid provides email validation and demographic enrichment services, including but not limited to:

• Email Validation: Syntax checking, domain verification, and deliverability assessment
• Demographic Enrichment: AI-powered categorization of email addresses by profession, industry, and other attributes
• API Access: Programmatic access to our validation and enrichment services
• Bulk Processing: CSV upload and batch processing capabilities

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Validate email addresses for the purpose of sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Harvest or collect email addresses without consent
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

Free Tier: We offer a limited free tier with 50 validations per month. Free tier users are subject to the same terms and conditions.

Paid Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Usage Limits: Each plan includes specific monthly limits. Exceeding your plan's limits may result in service restrictions until the next billing cycle or upgrade.

Price Changes: We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notice.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Access to our API is subject to the following additional terms:

• API access is granted only to paid subscribers unless otherwise specified
• API calls are subject to rate limiting based on your subscription tier
• You must not share API keys or allow unauthorized access to your API credentials
• We may revoke API access for violations of these Terms or excessive abuse
• API responses may not be cached for longer than 24 hours without written permission

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of data you export from the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EmailsValid and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

Service Provided "As Is": The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that email validation or demographic enrichment results will be 100% accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmailsValid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EmailsValid, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any data you submit to the Service

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.
